DeWeese & Bae, LLC, was founded by Richard DeWeese and Yurie Yeoul Bae. Our attorneys have a combined 30 years of experience representing many of the largest and most sophisticated organizations in the U.S. and abroad. We have a broad range of transactional experience, and have participated in litigation and dispute resolution in jurisdictions around the globe. 

 

While we are proud of our past, we are excited to begin our new practice, focused upon serving the needs of the small to mid-sized business community in the Montgomery region. We aim to provide our clients, no matter how big or small, high quality, personal service. Further, as former in-house counsel, we understand the need to control costs in today's economic environment, and we are fully dedicated to providing cost effective legal solutions. We have carefully eliminated all unnecessary operating cost, and we are confident that our rates compare favorably to our peers. We also understand that traditional hourly billing may not make sense for every client, and we work closely with our clients to find the structure that best suits their needs.
